The Indian smartphone market has two new two new contenders in the budget segment Yeah, you guessed it right. The new Samsung Galaxy J7 Max and the slightly older Moto G5 Plus Priced at Rs. 17900 and Rs. 16999 respectively, these two devices have managed to grab quite a few eyeballs.

Samsung has included Samsung Pay Mini, a pared-down version of the original service.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and sports a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
As for optics, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max packs a 13-megapixel rear and front sensors with f/1.7 aperture and f/1.9 aperture respectively, and flash support on both ends. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max packs a 3300mAh battery, and connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth support. The smartphone is only 8.1mm thick.
Talking about the Galaxy J7 Max, the smartphone comes with the support to the mobile payment solution – Samsung Pay.
The highlight is that this is the first smartphone to arrive with the compatibility to Samsung Pay in the mid-range market segment. Notably, it has the Samsung Pay Mini, which misses out on a few features than its higher-end platform. (edited)
